Here are a few things to keep in mind when submitting your reply:
- If you are attending, please complete the form and reply YES.
- If you are undecided about attending, please go ahead and reply YES.
- If you are not attending, please complete the form and reply NO.
- Every employee will get a 40th Anniversary Polo, regardless of whether or not you attend. The form will ask for your preferred style and size.
- COVID-19 Policy: We will closely monitor COVID-19 transmissions and new variants as we get closer to the event. We reserve the right to create a COVID-19 Policy for the event if needed. If we create a COVID-19 Policy for the event, you and your guest should be prepared to show a recent negative COVID-19 test to attend the events on Friday, October 14th, and Saturday, October 15th.
