Kim Pack

Kimberly (Kim) Pack is the former President of Deep Water Point & Associates and led Delivery for the organization dedicated to helping companies grow in the Federal Market. She is a proven business executive with 30+ years of federal and commercial experience in Strategic Planning, IT Services, Management Consulting, and Business Development and Capture.

Kim has a proven track record of building high-performance teams, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic plans to achieve corporate objectives. She provides objective advice and expertise to help organizations solve complex challenges, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance.

As previous CEO of Wolf Den Associates, Kim has focused on putting customers first, building a “best idea wins” culture, and maintaining a highly specialized business concentrated on growth for companies ranging from $10M to $20B.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Longwood University. She has been married to her husband Chris for 31 years and has two children, Lauryn and Hunter.
