Larry Katzman

Larry has been the President & CEO of AIS since 2020. He drives the corporate strategy and the implementation of the company’s growth plan while ensuring the AIS reputation for service delivery excellence is never compromised.

Larry joined AIS in 2000 as a software developer in the company’s commercial practice. In 2006, he started the AIS Federal practice with wins at the Departments of Justice, Defense, and Homeland Security. In 2011, Larry was selected to lead the AIS National Security and Intelligence business. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Business Development to develop and implement a five-year plan to double AIS. Midway through that journey, he was named Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Larry completed the five-year plan and orchestrated a management-led buyout that was completed in 2020. The new AIS Board of Directors elected Larry to be President & CEO and a Director on the Board with the close of the transaction. Since 2016, AIS has tripled in size, remained employee-owned, and continues to attract and retain great talent to deliver cloud-based solutions to commercial and federal government clients.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and a Masters degree from George Washington University. Larry is married to his wife of 24 years and spends most of his time outside of work with her, their three children, and three Labrador Retrievers.
