AIS and US Army representatives at the PaYS signing ceremony

On June 14th, 2023, we held a signing ceremony to celebrate our official partnership with the PaYS program at our Headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

What is PaYS?

The Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and companies like AIS to provide America’s Soldiers with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future. As a PaYS Partner, AIS guarantees Soldiers an interview and possible employment after the Army. This unique Program is part of the Army’s effort to partner with America’s business community and reconnect America with its Army.

The PaYS Program began in 2000 as an enlistment incentive for Regular Army enlisted Soldiers. In October 2002, the Program expanded to include Army Reserve Soldiers. The Program later expanded to include Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) Reserve Component Cadets, ROTC Cadets who incur an active duty commitment, Officer Candidate School (OCS), Warrant Officer Flight Training (WOFT), and the Army National Guard (ARNG).

Why We Teamed Up with PaYS

Participation in PaYS allows us to work alongside Army Recruiters, Army National Guard Recruiters, and local ROTC programs during community partner events that send the message of staying in school, setting goals, choosing appropriate friendships, leading a value-focused life, and staying off drugs. Additionally, granting an employment interview allows us to mentor Soldiers and newly commissioned Officers as they transition to private employment.

Open Opportunities at AIS

Since founding AIS over 40 years ago, we have helped organizations get more out of their technology investments and achieve their mission goals. AIS strives to make a difference in our world by applying cloud technologies to solve critical problems while impacting the lives of the people we touch through growth, opportunity, and innovation for future generations. America’s Soldiers and Warfighters can continue to serve the mission of the U.S. Army with a career in technology at AIS. View all openings and reach out with any questions:
