OPM HRS Data Science and Analytics Support Service BPA

Applied Information Sciences’ Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture, Applied Cloud Technologies (ACT), is one of the six companies that have been awarded a $110 million blanket purchase agreement (BPA) by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to provide data services and analytics support. The BPA, which was announced on May 1, 2023, is part of OPM’s Human Resources Solutions (HRS) program, which offers a range of human capital management services to federal agencies. The BPA is designed to help OPM leverage data and analytics to improve decision-making, enhance performance, and achieve strategic goals. The BPA covers four main areas of service: data engineering, data science, data visualization, and data governance.

USAF Advance Battle Management Systems (ABMS) BAA IDIQ

Applied Information Sciences is a prime contractor on the Advanced Battle Management Systems BAA IDIQ, a contract vehicle that provides the U.S. Air Force with capabilities to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2). JADC2 is a concept that aims to connect sensors and shooters across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms. The contract vehicle is part of a multiple award, multi-level security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force. The contract vehicle also supports the Joint Common Foundation as the central platform for data extraction and threat visibility across service branches. AIS supports Category 2: Data. Data is a key component of JADC2, as it supports computation, sensing, and actuation, defined as the application of weapons effects.

JAIC (CDAO) Testing & Evaluation (T&E) BPA

Applied Information Sciences (AIS) is a prime contractor on the JAIC T&E BPA, a contract vehicle that provides the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) with test and evaluation (T&E) capabilities to support the development of ethical and responsible AI systems across the Department of Defense (DoD). AIS is able to leverage our expertise and innovation to help customers using this vehicle to establish T&E standards, performance metrics, evaluation criteria, and best practices to facilitate automated testing of AI-enabled platforms. FBI ITSSS-2

AIS, through our Dorrean subsidiary, is a prime awardee on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation Blanket Purchase Agreement (ITSSS-2 BPA). ITSSS-2 is the FBI’s primary contract vehicle to obtain IT services. Other agencies and offices within the Department of Justice can leverage the vehicle as well.

ITSSS-2 provides FBI and the rest of DOJ with streamlined acquisition procedures and a vetted Vendor Pool to establish call orders more efficiently with an $8B ceiling.
